Meet Our Therapists
Lynn McGregor, LCSW, MFT

I believe in meeting clients where they are – with curiosity, not judgement. I don’t fix people; I help people understand themselves and find their own answers.
Lynn brings a diverse and rich professional background into her counseling practice.
Her path has included being a teacher, coach, commercial designer, corporate communications and product manager, small business owner, and parent. These varied life experiences contribute to her deep empathy and holistic understanding of human complexity.
She is especially passionate about:
- Young adult counseling – guiding those in their 20s and 30s through identity, career, and life transitions.
- Young Adult Parents – helping parents reconnect and realign as their children become adults.
- Couples counseling – supporting deeper communication and emotional connection.
- Reinvention and career transitions – assisting individuals through personal and professional transformation.
- Executive life coaching – offering targeted support to high-achievers navigating pressure and growth.
Lynn’s approach is client-centered and insight-oriented, focused on helping people understand the “why” behind their struggles so they can move forward with intention. She brings both warmth and wisdom to her work, creating a space of safety and reflection for those she serves.
Lynn offers both in-person and telehealth sessions. Session frequency is determined based on client needs and discussed collaboratively.
Aly Warren, LCSW

Therapy is an invitation to become more of yourself – not less. I offer a compassionate, collaborative space where growth can happen, one step at a time.
Aly comes from a diverse background. She carries a dual nationality of Chilean and American. She is deeply rooted in her practice with an understanding of intersectionality and the differences and commonalities that make us human. Through empathy, compassion, and guidance, Aly can help you define your life goals and navigate challenging transitions. She uses mindfulness, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, to name a few modalities, but also looks keenly through a trauma lens.
With twenty years of experience in and out of the classroom, Aly understands parent-child relationships, neurodiversity, and learning disabilities, and can help you manage a diagnosis within your family. She entered the field of therapy because she saw how parents and students were struggling after COVID-19 to maintain a “new normal”. She saw how substance abuse became increasingly more common in the family setting and began working at a recovery center for young adults and teens.
Whether working through childhood trauma or navigating current emotional struggles, Aly partners with clients to help them build resilience and rediscover a grounded sense of self.
Aly offers in-person and telehealth sessions.
